Team PB (Misiki, Jess and Vic) took on fight gone bad on Sunday and obliterated it!
I had planned to write a big article discussing why shorter sessions at higher intensity were better than longer session at low intensity but then I decided that Greg Glassman (the founder of CrossFit) would probably do a better job than me so here it is...
Vic and I also took on the first qualifier for battle of the gods earlier tonight - fun times!
1) Deadlift standing on 20kg plates
2) 2 rounds for perfect reps of:
- banded pull throughs
- good mornings
- L sits
1 min per exercise
Over bar burpees
